Our QCDR Process

Delivering an accurate electronic report to CMS for an Eligible Professional Background requires constant the diligence of a multi-stage review process:     

1. We provide system components to analyze standard electronic CMS reports, including PQRS and GRPO formats, as well as custom report structures using QRDA IGs. 
    
2. Our review process is targeted to meet the stringent multi-tiered CMS report requirements, reducing rejected submissions.
    
3. We review the precise XML structure and syntax required by CMS BEFORE submission.  Implementing the data structure validation with via PQRS and QRDA schemas greatly reduces the chance for disqualification due to an incomplete review process.
    
4. Reports and input data that fail validation are separated into individual 'buckets', depending on severity and routing options.
    
5. Our processes are designed to route requests for followup for validation correction to appropriate administrative personnel in order to minimize the impact on the workflow of providers while generating CMS reports
