Our QCDR Process

Put simply, we measure health and well-being from the both the provider's and patient's point of view.

CUHSM.ORG works with health care organizations to measure and better understand health outcomes. Is the patient's health improving or declining? Is the treatment, medicine, or intervention working? Is the provider or program making a measurable difference? Is a population’s health status above or below the national average?

CUHSM.ORG provides solutions to leverage current Health Information Technology (HIT) to provide relevant health system metrics with minimum impact on provider workflow

Our board

Our directors bring together multi-faceted array of experience with health system metric standards, including PQRS, NCQA, NQF & CG-CAHPS.   Our roundtable of experts realize our viewpoint that both provider and patient experience must be considered when evaluating program effectiveness.
