- EHR vendor compatibility issues -
 
         CMS submissions require the ability of a provider's EHR to export clinical data. 

Each EHR vendor has a different method to export clinical data;
   in addition, each vendor has different optional modules, versions, and product lines. 

A few _EHR vendors make their clinical data difficult, if not impossible, to export. 

We have mitigated _EHR data hostage situations, releasing clinical data necessary to populate the required CMS submissions.
