Our QCDR Process

CUSHM QCDR CMS Submission Fee Structure:

Fees for performance measures submissions to CMS will be as follows:

 For Eligible Provider (EP) registered with CUHSM.org

-            $125 per EP per year w/ CUHSM.org participation fee(*) 

For EP - non-member rate

-           $195 per EP per year(*)

(*)To be eligible for this rate, EP must have all applicable records stored on MU2 certified EHR system with full support of SRE - Summary Record Exchange.  This fee structure includes resources saved with MU2 optimized workflow processes; if _EHR systems other than MU2 systems are used, charges for adapted QCDR workflow processes will apply.
