For trial run: Reprint out a Medicare invoice (or CMS-1500 form) for a any Medicare patient
You may need to contact your software vendor (web site or phone) to find the instructions on how to print out a report.  (If you can't find info, google softwarevendornamehere "print report")

4. When you get to your application's 'print screen', make sure you choose 'PQRS printer'

If your application does not ask you which printer to use, you will have to configure it.  Consult instruction manual for that software.
